GENERAL CAMP INFORMATION
All campers register from NOON-2pm Sunday (including Day Campers).
Please follow signs and staff directions to registration area.

Check out for all students is 5:00pm on Thursday.
'Day students check in and participate in Sunday's afternoon session. Daily drop off and pick-up
instructions will be provided at registration on the first day of camp. Half Day Students should be
picked up daily at 12:00 Noon. Full Day Students receive a full lunch and should be picked up at
5:00PM. A designated rest area will be provided for Day students. All students are dismissed
Thursday evening at 5pm. We invite Day students to remain at camp to participate in the closing

your reservation please ensure all payments are finalized at this time. Automatic deductions will be
made for those who selected this option on their Application forms.
Medical Report/Liability (Do not mail these forms back)
Release Do not mail these forms back. Please bring them with you at check in and present to the
athletic trainer on duty. State law requires this form must be completed by a physician and include a
complete immunization history. School Physical examinations are also satisfactory provided they
are dated within twelve months prior to the date of camp. Campers will not be allowed to
participate in any activity without this form properly completed.
For Connecticut residential students is available to and from Bradley International Airport and the
Hartford Downtown Amtrak/Greyhound stations. A fee of $75.00 will be charged for this service.

On Arrival each student will receive a T-Shirt, Ball and Water Bottle.
What to Bring
Dormitory Accommodations are provided for all residential students. Students reside in double rooms. Some single and triple rooms may be available. We will make every attempt possible to
honor roommate requests and to keep teams and groups together in the dorms. Please ensure any
requests accompany your application or are requested at least two weeks prior to camp. Dorm
supervision is provided by our coaches who will have their rooms clearly marked and will lead floor
by floor orientation meetings. All outside dormitory doors are locked at 11:00PM each evening. Facility Security services are on duty 24 hours per day.
All Meals are provided (lunch last meal on Thursday) for and have been specifically designed by
qualified nutritionists to offer the greatest in choice, taste and nutrition. Most meals are catered in a
buffet style with multiple choices. The first meal is dinner on Sunday. Last meal is lunch on
Thursday. As all meals are fully catered and food is plentiful we request that students do not bring
food and snacks from home.
Attendance is required at all activities including all meals, presentations and training sessions.
Missing any activity or leaving the facility without prior permission of the camp director and/or
athletic trainer is grounds for immediate dismissal.
An athletic trainer is available for your needs 24 hours per day while at camp. All injuries or
medical problems must be reported to the trainer on duty. If injury or illness prevents you from
participating you are still required to attend and observe all activities unless otherwise directed by
the athletic trainer and camp director. Non participation does not qualify you for a tuition refund.
